Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, not washed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Please do not fold the print.
- Do not put any notes/messages inside the garment - to avoid stain or damage to it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards are non returnable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at hello@tenfoot.co to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Any item that is not in a saleable condition on reaching us will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
